The idea to add another match to the already crammed fixture schedule it’s quite frankly idiotic. Player fatigue is now a major concern for managers all across the country, putting another match on top of that plus a long haul journey to a country, which probably doesn’t even want them there, all for some extra money.
None other than the premier league chief executive himself conjured up this idea. Richard Scudamore has even gone completely insane or money hungry, well you could argue that both are the same. This pretty much comes out of the blue with him securing numerous beneficial deals for the league such as BskyB and various deals with the BBC.
Many countries in which he wished to stage the matches have rejected this cash-grabbing idea, further reinforcing the general stupidity of the idea. Unless he pulls another masterplan, and I use that phrase lightly, out the bag he could be taking that bag to another job.
Fans have brought up numerous complaints about traveling to watch these matches. Season ticket holders will surely lose money. Being a student myself i know for a fact losing money is never nice. Every penny counts.
I suppose one positive from a fans side is that we get to see another match, which is always good. With the idea seemingly being dismissed with Blatter saying "it could harm England's world cup bid", the jury is still out on Mr Scudamore.

You make some good points here - you know what you're talking about and you link well. However, you need to take more care with your writing - check for errors, construct your sentences more carefully, read things back to yourself to make sure they make sense... Also proof read more carefully - you got Peter Scudamore's name wrong in the post title...
